My name is Einat (Ay-Naht), and I’m a Personal Trainer, Integrative Nutrition Coach, and Birth Doula.

 

I have the privilege of helping my clients lead healthier, more fulfilling lifestyles while also supporting women through one of the most transformative experiences of their lives as a birth doula.

 

I founded Body360 five years ago with a vision of providing my clients with a complete, holistic approach to overcoming challenges in the mind-body space. Supporting women on their childbirth journey and helping people create healthier, more fulfilling lives is my passion and purpose.

 

With a natural sense of empathy and understanding, my approach is both straightforward and comprehensive. I consider every aspect of your life - what you eat, how you move, your work, family, relationships, and self-care - to craft a personalized plan that fits you perfectly.

IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A NUTRITIONIST AND A HEALTH COACH?

Yes.
Nutritionists focus on the impact of dietary changes primarily.
Health coaches provide nutritional guidance while also addressing other factors that impact health such as self-care practices, rest, mindset and emotions.
But, while there are important differences between these two types of health professionals, the ultimate goals are the same: to help people get healthier and become the best version of themselves!
