My name is Einat (Ay-Naht), and I’m a personal trainer and Integrative Nutrition Coach. I’m also a birth doula, supporting women through one of the most transformative experiences of their lives.
Alongside being a mom to three amazing girls, my focus is on helping my clients lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
