HELLO ♥ IT'S NICE TO MEET YOU
Hello and Thank you for visiting my website!
My name is Einat (Ay-Naht), and I’m a personal trainer and Integrative Nutrition Coach. I’m also a birth doula, supporting women through one of the most transformative experiences of their lives.
Alongside being a mom to three amazing girls, my focus is on helping my clients lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

With a natural sense of understanding and empathy, I'm here to guide you on your wellness journey. Health and wellness have been passions of mine for as long as I can remember, and I love sharing what I've learned with others.

My approach is straightforward yet comprehensive.

I look at all aspects of your life - what you eat, how you move, your work, family, relationships, and self-care - to create a plan that fits you perfectly.
If you're ready to take steps toward a healthier lifestyle, I'd be honored to help.
Reach out to me, and let's start this journey together.

All the best,
Einat

IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A NUTRITIONIST AND A HEALTH COACH?
Yes.
Nutritionists focus on the impact of dietary changes primarily.

But, while there are important differences between these two types of health professionals, the ultimate goals are the same: to help people get healthier and become the best version of themselves!
